Can I play music through the mirror when the lights are switched off?

Yes. All features which are integrated into this mirror are independent.

How do I play music through the mirror?

Switch on Bluetooth on your audio device, connect to the mirror by selecting it from the 'Devices' list. Finally select the music you would like to play, sit back and listen.

Where is the power cable located?

The power cable is located in the centre of the back box of the mirror - in the top third.

Where is the IR sensor located?

The IR sensor is located underneath the bottom of the mirror to the right hand side.

Where is the charging socket located?

The charging socket is located on the left of the mirror.

How do I scan my radio in?

There are 2 ways to do this; on installation or afterwards using the remote control. To do this on installation, before replacing the front of the mirror, there is a scan button on the bottom of the housing, press and hold this for 3 seconds to scan the radio in. Alternatively, after installation press the button under the on/off button on the remote control. If you have any problems please call our customer service team.

How many Bluetooth devices can pair with the mirror?

The mirror can only pair one device at a time. Therefore, we recommend disabling Bluetooth from your device and removing the connection with the mirror whenever not using Bluetooth. Other devices can then pair to the mirror without issue.

What should i do if i'm having problems connecting my device to the Bluetooth mirror?

Firstly make sure that other devices are not paired with the mirror as only one device can pair with the mirror at a time. If you are still experiencing problems connecting to the mirror, we recommend disconnecting power to the mirror at the fuse box for a couple of minutes. Once power is turned back on, this resets the digital receiver and you should regain full use of the Bluetooth function.

How do I activate my lights?

Simply swipe your hand within 5cm of the infra-red sensor located on the underside of your mirror to switch the lights on. Swipe your hand past the sensor once more to switch the lights off.

The sensor is located on the bottom right of the mirror

Can our products be used with those of other manufacturers?

We have not tested this so therefore do not recommend it.

Selecting the right driver

Divide the wattage of the driver by the wattage of a single light to determine how many lights can be run by the driver.

For example, 15W driver with 3W lights
15 ÷ 3 = 5 lights

Drivers are available in more than one wattage, work out the best option based on the number of lights you have.

Drivers have a limited number of ports. A driver with 6 ports is therefore limited to a maximum of 6 lights.

Ensure you consider both the wattage and number of ports on the driver.
